AL PITCH SHIFTER SUPPORT
This function returns whether or not the current device supports the EFX pitch shifter feature-set. Currently, there are only a few sound cards that support this feature (e.g. High-end Sound Blaster X-Fi Sound cards).
Return Boolean = AL PITCH SHIFTER SUPPORT( *no parameters* )
No parameters required
Returns 1 if the EFX pitch shifter is supported on the current device, or 0 if not.
